These people are awesome, and Brazil is blessed to have them.Had a problem with radiator overheating due to a hose coming undone, I reattached my hose but took it in the 1st time bcuz a family member recommended a radiator flush. The kind gentleman at the front desk said I probably wouldn't need one until I mentioned I put water in my radiator. Got that as well as an oil change and the work was great. It's not often you meet mechanics who are so honest but they didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. But that isn't even the best thing... About a month later everything on my car quit working and someone helped me get the car to the auto part store where I was shown my serpentine belt was gone!! and I remembered Lorenze,which was right across the street. Gave them a call and within less than 5 mins they came with a charger drove the car to thier shop, within 1 hour they sent someone out to get the belt and put it on, this is around 4:30pm so it was after they had already worked hard all day 😢 I was able to get back to work (I do doordash) right then. Even worked with me tho I didn't have the money on me right then 🥹 These people are great and I'm sad I can only give them 5 stars. You can tell they really care about people and want to help you. I feel bad I am not remembering his name (I wanna say Steve but I'm probably wrong 😅...from other reviews i see its Tony, sorry Tony ) but the gentleman (Tony)at the front desk is a total class act and just a great person to interact with. 10/10 very highly recommend this company and the people that work there!
